There are a few reasons that might mean you haven't received a payment this month listed below...
1. Have you generated royalties yet / do you have a statement? It takes a little time for revenue to be generated after a release goes live. The account timelines are explained here. Once you're receiving revenue you'll see a statement added to the 'Statement' section in the Workstation
2. Have you met the threshold? So the threshold for payment is in place, so you avoid unnecessary charges. It's outlined in this article. Once you have met the threshold we'll account to you on the next royalty run.
3. Have you added the Payoneer details? This process is outlined here with a walk-through, and, once completed, you have the green 'Approved' badge added to the section in the Banking & Tax App as below. These details need to be in place 7 days ahead of the royalty run usually to allow time for processing the payment. 🇺🇸 US based clients will receive a further request for Tax info from Payoneer by email - do get this returned as well to complete the process
4. Have you added the Tax information? Again, these details are added in the Banking & Tax app in the Workstation. Once completed, you have the green 'Completed' badge added to the section in the app as below...
If you haven't been accounted to and all of these things are in place the issue is most likely with Payoneer. We recommend you reach out to them at https://payoneer.custhelp.com/ but also do flag up with us if you have other concerns.
